IFA 2012: 10 Gadgets to Expect

2. Samsung Galaxy Note 2

There are lots of leaked images and rumored specs about the next Galaxy Note. Recently DDaily of Korea reports that Samsung is likely to announce the Galaxy Note 2 on August 30th. The date coincides with the annual IFA trade show in Berlin. The interesting fact is that the current version-Galaxy Note was also announced at IFA last year.

The Note 2 is expected to feature 5.5 inch Super AMOLED display with huge 1680x1050 pixels screen resolution, along with this it was also rumored to have a flexible OLED display. As the design is inspired by the Galaxy S III, the Note 2 might have some or all features like S Beam, Smart Stay eye tracking, Smart Voice and many more.

We also expect that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will use a dual-core 1.7 GHz or higher Exynos CPU including 1.5GB of RAM and 4G LTE connectivity for U.S. models. Other features are like 8 or 12 MP primary camera with autofocus or touch focus, full HD video recording and up to 2 MP front facing camera. For internal storage it may have 16GB, 32GB and possibly a 64GB variant along with expandable memory.
