HTC To Launch India's Most Expensive Android Phone


Butterfly, which is called as Droid DNA in the U.S. market features a 5 inch super LCD3 screen. This display has a pixel density of 441ppi which is the highest in any phone that is available currently in the market and supports HD videos. The Smartphone comes with Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) layered with HTC Sense UI and can be upgraded to Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean).

The upcoming phone is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad – core processor with a memory of 2 GB RAM. It will have 16 GB onboard memory and will support microSD expansion up to 32 GB. The device included connectivity options for 2G, 3G, Wi – Fi, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 and microUSB. It is doubtful whether the device will support 4G LTE as it’s not been listed in the HTC India website. However Butterfly will have an 8MP autofocus snapper with LED flash on the back and 2.1MP camera in the front.
