Google's Bag Full of Goodies; Nexus Tablet, LG Nexus 4, Android 4.2


The New Smartphone from Google

Google’s new operating system, Android 4.2 will debut with Google’s next Nexus smartphone which has been named LG Nexus 4 for the time being. This smartphone has been the centre of many rumors and now this phone is likely to be unveiled at the upcoming event. The phone is believed to come with a 4.7 inch screen which comes with a resolution of 1280 X 768 pixels. The device will be powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with 2GB of RAM and 16 GB internal storage but the microSD slot will be missing. The phone will also have an 8 mega pixel rear camera and a 1.3 mega pixel front facing camera which means that the user will be able to make video calls.

The New Operating System

There were also reports about the new operating system on the The Next Web. Android 4.2 has been code named Key Lime Pie. The real name will be confirmed on the day of the event. But one thing is for sure that Google will name the operating system with K and it would be something sweet. Android 4.2 will come with a new widget for its Play Store and Tablet Sharing.

Tablet Sharing will provided increased security to your tablet. This option will allow a number of people to use the device by it would keep a personal account of each user. Along with this there will also be a panoramic view app which will support horizontal as well as vertical movements, something similar to Apple’s addition to its new iOS 6.
