Asus Launched the 7.9-Inch Zenpad Z8 with 4G


The device is embedded with the Asus VisualMaster- a suite of exclusive visual enhancement technologies that combine hardware and software to optimize all aspects of the display — including contrast, sharpness, color, clarity, and brightness — resulting in an incredibly realistic viewing experience. The ASUS Audio Cover technology in the device is claimed to bring cinematic, 5.1-channel surround sound to ASUS ZenPad 8.0 with DTS-HD Premium Sound and SonicMaster technology providing further enhancement, ensuring the finest audio experience.

The Asus ZenPad 8.0 features an interchangeable design that lets easy customization of the device with functional cases which provide extra features and additional color options, while perfectly matching the look. Asus also claims that the 8MP PixelMaster camera captures high-resolution photos with zero shutter lag. The Low Light mode of the camera employs a pixel-merging technology to capture up to 400% brighter photos at night, or in low-light scenes, without the need for a flash, which we couldn’t find much effective. The companies new Zen UI that was claimed to know what the user needs, expresses thoughts and feelings, and connects wherever user go, which we could find only in papers.

Even though the new flagship has some interesting features and an elegant design, the cameras are not really up to the mark.  The device offers a decent performance, good battery and moderate gaming experience, worth the price tag.
