Xiaomi Sets A New Record In Domestic Sales, 800000 Units In 12 Hrs


BANGALORE: Chinese Smartphone Maker, Xiaomi has gained the attention all over the Smartphone world by registering a new record for domestic mobile sales. Xiaomi’s Redmi Note2, the next in line is overdue for a long time and it’s finally here with grand sales which kept the registers ringing, reports GSMArena.

The phone was announced in China last week and after which a flash sale was conducted in the country and the sales figures registered in just under 12 hours mowed Xiaomi a new record. A whopping 800000 units of Redmi Note 2 was sold out in just under 12hours.

The previous edition of the series, Redmi Note was a budget stacked Smartphone filled with figurative features making it an amazing buy. This edition of the Smartphone is nonetheless a power house with the following specs and what’s more exciting is that the phone runs on MIUI 7 out of the box and is incorporated with IR blaster. The next that is the second batch of flash sale will go on next week, August 24th.
