SteelSeries Rolls out its Latest Bluetooth Enabled 'Siberia 840' Headset

BENGALURU: Being headquartered in the USA, SteelSeries has been imprinting its image all over the world with its products exclusively designed for passionate gamers.  SteelSeries entered into the gaming market with ‘Icemat’, the first glass mousepad and then with a gaming keyboard. In the latest advancement, the company is all set to transform the gaming experience with its ‘Siberia 840’, a gaming headset, for its fans - reports T3.com.

‘Siberia 840’ is popular among gamers as it provides wireless gaming experience and great comfort to ears with its superior sound quality. In addition to being perfectly suitable for gaming experience, the headset can be used for watching movies and listening to music on PCs, mobile phones, or laptops.  Siberia 840 inherits some of the features of its predecessor, Siberia 800, such as two swappable batteries, cross-platform attuned technology, and 7.1 Dolby surround sound. Apart from the inherited traits, Bluetooth connectivity and software customization features of Siberia 840 are making it more popular among gamers.

The headset delivers lag-free sound through a unique technology that switches frequency to mitigate interference and delays. Siberia is easy to connect with most of the gaming consoles and computers to enable wireless voice calling and chatting. An OLED transmitter monitors audio sources, profiles, and battery; and enables user to control the headset with wireless access.

“The Siberia 840 not only delivers the same detailed sound quality as its predecessor, but also incorporates Bluetooth connectivity for true universal mobile compatibility. It is no longer just a gaming headset, but a flawless audio system that gamers can use to listen to music and even answer calls,” said Brian Fallon, Category Manager, Audio, SteelSeries.
