Sony Launched the New Xperia C5 Ultra Dual in India, Priced at 29,990


BANGALORE: The much awaited dual selfie focused smartphone from Sony has been launched. The phone is called as Sony Xperia C5 Ultra Dual. This new smartphone will be available in the market from 26th august in three color variants such as white, black and glossy soft mint. The phone has been priced 29,990 in the Indian market. But the company has not yet released the single sim variant in India, reports NDTV Gadgets.

The device is specially designed for the selfie lovers, sporting 13 megapixel front and rear cameras. It features LED flash modules for both cameras, as well as Sony's Exmor RS sensor. The phone comes with improvised camera tools which will make the photograph more beautiful. The tools include video stabilizer, auto scene recognition, 25mm wide-angle lens (rear) with an 80-degree field of view, 4x digital zoom, full-HD video recording, image stabilizer, geo-tagging, and red-eye reduction.

The Android base is the 5.0 Lollipop and it is powered by a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek (MT6752) processor clocked at 1.7GHz coupled with ARM Mali760 GPU and 2GB of RAM. This newbie smartphone comes with a 16GB inbuilt storage which can be expanded up to 200GB by using micro SD card.

This phone is not water or dusts resistant like any other Xperia premium devices. It also supports GPRS/ EDGE, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, Glonass, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, 3G, and 4G LTE. The Makers has also launched Sony Xperia M5, which is not yet released in India.
