Motorola Launches Moto X Style And Moto X Play Along With Moto G




BANGALORE: After the successful launch of the Moto G (3rd gen) in India earlier today, Motorola, in its three simultaneous events that took place in New York, Sao Paolo and London launched the two new variants of Moto X – Moto X style and Moto X Play, reports Tech2.

Although the Moto X Play will hit the market from August, the Moto X Style will start selling from September. The price list has not been officially released in the event but The Guardian of Motorola said that the Moto X will go on sale for £299 which is approx Rs 30,000 while the Moto X Style is likely to be priced at £359 or approx Rs 36,000.

The launch dates and the prices for the Indian market are not officially announced yet. The Moto X Style has a 5.7-inch QuadHD display that has a pixel density of 515ppi. The phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC with a 1.8GHz hexa-core processor paired with 3GB of RAM.

The Moto X style will have the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop on board with Motorola’s best features like Moto Voice, Moto Assist, Moto Display, Moto Actions and so on. The Moto X Style will come with storage of 16/32/64GB variants and an additional feature of microSD card slot expandable up to 128GB.

It has one of the best cameras; buyers get a 21MP rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture and a 5MP front-front camera which comes with a flash as well. The camera is capable of shooting 4K videos and the phone houses a 3,000mAh battery.
