Microsoft Branded First Budget Smartphone Launched


BENGALURU: After taking over Nokia recently, Microsoft has now launched its first ever SmartPhone with its Logo. Nokia Lumia is now officially renamed as Microsoft Lumia and has now launched the new Lumia 535.

As reported by IBN, Lumia 535 will go on sale this month trying to expand its market with affordable devices. The phone will be available in cyan, bright green, bright orange, white, dark grey and black colors.

The Lumia 535 runs on the Windows Phone 8.1 with the latest Denim update and comes with a 5-inch IPS LCD display with a 540x960-pixel resolution, protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor clocking 1.2GHz speed with 1GB RAM. It comes with 8GB of internal storage memory which can be expandable up to 128 GB with a micro SD card. The camera is the best part with a 5-mega pixel front facing snapper, which is the same as the Lumia 730 and comes with same 5-mega pixel on the rear with a flash.
