Metallic Delights: A Sneak Peek At The Samsung's A-Series Phones


BANGALORE: Samsung, the South Korea-based company is the largest manufacturer of smartphones in the market. Recently, Samsung has launched Galaxy A3 at 20,500 and Galaxy A5 at 25,500 respectively, reports NDTV Gadgets.

Galaxy A3 and A5 are expected to be the first phone in Samsung's grandeur line of thinnest handset, which is easy to hold.

Samsung Galaxy A3 is made of metal body and comes with a 4.5-inch screen, unspecified quad-core which is powered up to 1.2GHz processors with a resolution of 720x1280-pixel screen. The device sports a 5-megapixel front camera. It has 1GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage and supports microSD cards of up to 64GB.

Connectivity options on the smartphone include Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0. The Samsung Galaxy A3 is powered by a 1,900mAh battery and weighs about 110 grams.

The specs are almost same with the Samsung Galaxy A5. It has a 5-inch screen, unspecified quad-core which is powered up to 1.2GHz processors with a resolution of 720x1280-pixel screen. Samsung Galaxy A5 sports a 5-megapixel front camera. It has 2GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage and supports microSD cards of up to 64GB.

It has a massive 2300mAh battery and the phone also supports Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and the device weighs about 123 grams.

Performance wise, there is nothing to complain about, but the Samsung Galaxy A5 possibly to perform better, but A3 has a small battery where there is no long-lasting battery life. The phones have straighter edges and less rounded corners.

These smartphones will surely turn heads with their stylish metal bodies which combines both beauty and power.
