Kingston Unveils USB 3.0 Flash Drive

Bangalore: Kingston recently launched ‘DataTraveller Elite 3.0’ flash drive based on the USB 3.0 standard. The Elite 3.0 can reach the data transfer speed up to 70 MB per speed while reading and up to 30 MB per second when writing, which is twice faster than the USB 2.0 flash drives.

He further says “With more PCs shipping with USB 3.0 ports, the new DataTraveler Elite adds to Kingston’s USB 3.0 family and is the perfect solution for those who require faster transfer speeds without breaking the budget.”

The Elite 3.0 features sleek, cap less retractable design and also supports USB 2.0 port. It comes with three capacity models; 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB. The company not yet declared the price of this flash drive, but it is expected to be around 1928 for 16 GB model, 4639 for 32 GB model and around 7037 for 64 GB variant.
