Intex Launches Low-Cost Smartphone, Targets Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities

BANGALORE: The Home grown company Intex launches a Smartphone Aqua 3G for 3555 targeting the first time Smartphone buyers and users from the tier 2 and tier 3 cities. The phone is available across most of e-commerce portals and Intex retail stores in India, reports Tech2.

Aqua 3G comes with a 4-inch touch screen display with a resolution of 480x800 pixels. The processor is a dual core with a clock speed of 1GHz and has about 256 MB of RAM. It comes with a 2 Mega pixel rear camera and 0.3 MP front one. Aqua has dual Sim functionality and runs on the Android OS version 4.2 Jelly Bean. The phone comes with a host of connectivity features- like 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB. The Aqua 3G is available in three colors black, white and silver, and is powered by a 1400 mAh battery.
