Huawei to Launch WP8 Smartphone at CES 2013

Bangalore: With smartphones makers like Nokia, Samsung and HTC have come up with Windows Phone 8 powered smartphones, Huawei is also ready to launch its first Windows Phone 8 running smartphone in the upcoming Consumer Electronic Show (CES) 2013.

The Huawei Ascend W1 smartphone’s photos have apparently been leaked online sporting a similar design as the Nokia Lumia and HTC’s Windows based smartphones.

The Ascend W1 sports a 4 inch touch screen display at a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, is powered with Dual Core processor at a clock speed of 1.2 GHz, paired with 512 MB of RAM and runs on Windows Phone 8 operating system.

Furthermore it has a 4 GB internal memory, a 5 mega pixel shooter at the back, a VGA front facing camera and a massive 2,000 mAh battery. It is rumored that the device will be available in black, pink, blue and white color. It devices is expected to have a price tag from 15,000 to 20,000.
