Head On: Samsung Galaxy S6 Vs HTC One M9 Vs iPhone 6

BENGALURU: Nokia was the supreme leader in the Smartphones market a decade back. However, certain decisions led it to it losing its position and now various other companies are battling for the supreme position. Samsung has emerged as a new winner in Smartphone segment today, with HTC and Apple closely following it.

The biggest platform for Smartphones is the Mobile World Congress (MWC). Various electronics companies display their products at the world’s largest Smartphone show and earn a huge publicity. This year, in Barcelona, MWC is witnessing a battle between Samsung, HTC and Apple. We look at comparison, as compiled by TOI.

# Design and Build

Samsung is about to launch its latest edition to the Galaxy series with the new S6. S6 and S6 Edge is all about design as Samsung has shown in its teasers. S6 will not have plastic finishing but instead, it will be metallic. S6 Edge, on the other hand, has a curved screen making it one of a kind.

Apple and Samsung have got into legal battles over design patent issues. However, Samsung has similar appearance as iPhones. HTC will not give up on its previous designs. Therefore, it can be said that not many changes are expected from HTC.
