HTC Desire 820 Review: A Trendy Successor


BANGALORE: HTC Desire 820 is the successor of mid range Phablet Desire 816 which grabbed many Indian customers’ attention. The Desire 820 has a better chipset, front camera and Gorilla Glass 3 screen protection, among other improvements from 816, reports TOI.

htc desire 820HTC Desire 820 carries the same design and build quality of its predecessor (HTC Desire 816) an unibody plastic shell, front facing Boom Sound speakers, But it has unique dual colour combinations, that makes this a phone eye catchy and trendy to the newer generation.

The second colour makes a prominent appearance surrounding the front panel, camera and HTC logo behind. All the physical keys are aligned on right side, volume rocker followed by a power button.

It sports an Octa core processor (Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 & quad-core 1.0 GHz Cortex-A53) and Andreno 405 GPU., along with dual sim capabilities. It has a RAM of 2GB and 16 GB internal memory and offers a support for an external memory upto 128 GB.

HTC Desire 820 comes with a 5.5-inch Super LCD 2 display with a resolution of 720x1280pixels and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone holds a 13 MP primary and 8 MP secondary camera. with LED flash that can captures some amazing pictures as well as capture 4K video.
