Google's Latest Flagship: Nexus 6 India Launch Delayed Until Q1 2015

BENGALURU: If you were ready to order your Nexus 6 and were patiently waiting on the Play Store while constantly hitting refresh button, then you need continue to do the same for a longer time as Motorola Nexus 6 for India has been delayed until Q1 2015, reports Gizmodo.

While existing Nexus users and yet to be, were extremely excited when they noticed that the device is ‘Coming Soon’ on Flipkart but now that’s immediately changed to ‘Out of Stock’, which is quite surprising given the fact that the device has not yet bought but listed as sold out.

According to a new rumor, the Google flagship which went up for preorder in the U.S. via Google Play Store very recently, ran out of stock among the allotted units within a matter of minutes. So keeping that in mind, Nexus 6 launch in India has been pushed further. It is also likely that Google and Motorola will concentrate supply towards the American market with India and other Asian regions getting it early next year. The Nexus 6 was expected to hit over 20 countries of Europe and Asia during the first wave.

The Smartphone which was originally set to break cover in India by the end of this month, will certainly come as a disappointment to fans in the country, but there will be no further changes in terms of pricing as the 32GB model of the Nexus 6 has been priced at 44,000, while the 64GB version will be available at 49,000.
