Asus Rolls Out Slimmest ZenBook UX305 Priced At 49,999


BANGALORE: ZenBook UX305 is the new ultrabook rolled out by Asus worth 49,999 possessing a QHD+ screen and a weight of 1.2kg. Reportedly, the thickness of the laptop is 12.3mm making it the slimmest 13.3-inch laptop.

The 13.3-inch screen comes with an anti-glare and a QHD+ resolution of 3200x1800. The laptop is run on Intel’s new Core M-5Y10 and it comes along with a 512GB SSD and 8GB of RAM. The SATA 6Gbit/s SSD is said to be six times speedier than the usual hard disk drive. In addition to this the laptop claims to a 10 hours long battery life.

The new ultrabook made out of aluminum, will be presented in two hues- Obsidian Stone and Ceramic Alloy and comes with a wedge-shaped design and full-sized keyboard with highly responsive touchpad allowing better control.

The ultrabook boasts of its fan-less IceCool Technology that makes sure that the palm rest area’s temperature is suitable.

The device holds 3 USB 3.0 ports, one of which can be used for quick charging of the mobiles. The ZenBook also sports mini DisplayPort-to-VGA adapter and a USB-to-Ethernet adapter for making connection with external monitor.

The device will be available on Flipkart at 49,999 form May 15 onwards.
