It is just not the premium looks, this LG Watch shows off a pretty decked up spec sheet too. The display is a 1.3-inch POLED display with a resolution of 320x320.

The hardware consists of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with a clock speed of 1.2 GHz supported by a 1GB of RAM. The Smartwatch is completely water and dust proof and comes with an internal storage memory of 4GB.  On the battery side, it is powered by a 700 mAh battery.
