Bangalore: Phablets is the new hybrid concept that has taken over the gadget world. The basic understanding of a phablet goes like this, a device that has the features of both a tablet and a smartphone. Generally 5 inch smartphones fall in this category.
Recently Samsung announced that they would be unveiling a 4.99 inch Super AMOLED display. Their Galaxy S III took the storm with its 4.7 inch screen. So it comes as no surprise that Lenovo also decided to enter this niche segment in the gadget world.
According to the new on a Chinese website; Sina Wiebo, Lenovo is coming up with a 5 inch Android smartphone. The screen would feature a resolution of 1080 pixels. This smartphone will support dual SIM connectivity. Apart from this Lenovo hasn’t shed light on any other specifications. But keeping in mind that the smartphone market is competitive, we can be sure of the fact that the specifications will be top class.
