The Good: The Samsung Omina M is an affordable mid-ranged Windows Phone with powerful processor and impressive Super AMOLED display for crystal clear clarity. The other plus point in the smartphone is it comes with dual camera 5 MP at the back and VGA at the front.
The Bad: The major drawback of Windows based smartphone is it doesn't support external memory.
Design: Clean, uncluttered design is perfectly proportioned for portability and comfort -- a slim, compact form factor that is both striking and understated. Front is dedicated to the large 4 inch screen, while the back features a contoured grip that is ergonomically pleasing to touch and hold.
In short the device is slim, simple and sophisticated. On the left the device has volume rocker, below the screen you can see the home button, on the right side it has power and camera buttons.
Processor and Operating System: The Omina M is powered with 1GHz processor that improves the functionality of your mobile on every level and the processor is paired with 384 MB of RAM. It runs on the Microsoft Windows Phone 7.5 Mango operating system.
Screen: It comes with huge 4 inch Super AMOLED display. The screen is incredibly clear, offers extraordinarily bright and color. The screen also comes with less reflective glare on the screen, you can keep messaging or tasking comfortably even under direct sunlight.
The display is also energy efficiency which reduces power consumption up to 20 percent.
Camera: The Omina M comes with an excellent 5 MP rear camera with LED flash and a front facing 0.3 MP camera for skype video calls is also another attraction in this mobile.
Storage and Connectivity: The device is available in two variants 4GB and 8GB internal memory. Sadly the Windows Phone operating system doesn’t support microSD card for expandable memory, you have to manage with provided memory. However Microsoft will provide SkyDrive cloud storage.
Battery: The device gets power supply from Li-Ion 1500 mAh of battery. It is quite satisfactory as it looks to be good enough for one day of moderate usage.
Wrap-Up: Finally, Samsung Omina M is not the only mid-ranged smartphone in the market. Nokia also has a lineup of Lumia handsets which also comes from low to high end.
If you are really interested buying Windows smartphone within a budget, than this device is the best option to go for and will provide you the best experience compared to Lumia 610 or Lumia 710.
