Chandradip Dass

Director, Ambulatory Product Development, Allscripts

Chandradip heads the Allscripts India Ambulatory Product Development (India-APD) organization. With vast experience in healthcare IT domain, Chandradip possesses deep knowledge of full product development lifecycle obtained through hands-on execution of multi-generation healthcare product development programs. Chandradip, a graduate from IIT, Kharagpur, has experience in leading, motivating and growing offshore product development teams. His expertise includes Healthcare IT - EMR (Electronic Medical Records)\EHR (Electronic Health Records), Engineering management of full lifecycle product development teams and Program management for complex, multi-generation products with large, multisite teams.

Prasad Dharmavaram

Manager, Storage R&D, VMware

Mr. Prasad Dharmavaram is a Manager in Storage R&D group at VMware Bangalore. He manages a team of developers working on storage virtualization and Cloud Computing infrastructure software.

Prasad has over 17 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to joining VMware, Prasad worked in the US at Sun Microsystems, for eleven years, in the Solaris High Availability Clusters R&D group. He worked in various management and technical roles designing and developing key components of the cluster operating system. Prasad was also a core contributer and a community leader in the Open HA Cluster community in Open Solaris. Prior to working at Sun Microsystems, Prasad worked at Siemens and Tektronix.

Prasad has an MTech in Computer Science and BTech in Electronics and Communication engineering from Mysore university. He also has a Project Management certification from Stanford University, US.
