Siva has about 14 years of experience in the field of Information Technology, which includes over 11 years in the U.S. working for Fortune 100 companies. He is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Aldea Infotech with offices in Chennai, Madurai, Hyderbad and U.S.

    Prior to founding Aldea Infotech, he worked for Accenture in the U.S. with their Business Intelligence Practice holding various Management positions. Before Accenture, he worked for several global firms including Price Waterhouse Coopers, IBM Global Services, TIAA-CREF and Motorola in the U.S. Siva has a strong background in the areas of Business Intelligence, Data Management & Architecture and Systems Integration. Sriram Sankaran has more than 13 years of professional career in IT, which includes a decade in Data warehousing & Business Intelligence arena. He is currently the Delivery Director for several large DWBI and PM programs executed by Cognizant. Sriram has been instrumental in helping several Fortune 100 organizations to conceptualize their DWBI and metadata strategies and architecture. Sriram runs the Value Creation Office within the DWBI & PM practice of Cognizant primarily focusing on innovation at the grass root level. Through VCO, Sriram has created nearly 40 metadata based tools in the Cognizant value creator stack including Warehouse Impact Analyzer and AQUA.

He is responsible for delivery of BI and Datawarehousing for large clients in the U.S. With more than 26 years of experience in Data Warehousing, Business, Enterprise management, Transaction auditing, and in middleware for design, manufacture and IT; his career highlights include design, development and deployment of online CRM and analytical applications being used by multinationals such as Siemens, Sharp and Canon, with operational and analytical warehouse in a nine month period. He is a certified Bullet Proof Manager from Crestcomm International, U.S.

Ramesh has around 18 years of experience in IT which includes software development, architecture, project management and techno consulting. He is adept in analyzing information system needs, evaluating end user requirements, custom designing solutions and trouble shooting for complex information systems.
