India's Biggest Property Deals

Bangalore: India’s real estate industry is vibrant in nature and has managed to survive even during volatile economic condition.  The real estate industry is booming in India and the country has witnessed some of the biggest property deals where moguls are spending crores on property.

Below is a list of some of biggest real estate deals that were finalized during the previous year.

1) Maheswari House:

Property deal: rs400 crore

Three-storey bungalow Maheswari House in Mumbai was bought by Sajjan Jindal, the chairman and MD of India’s third-largest steel company, JSW, for a whopping rs400 crore. This sea-facing bungalow includes an extensive porch as well as large garden and is situated on Nepean Sea Road. Sajjan Jindal bought this bungalow in June, last year which was recorded as one of the biggest property deals in India, reports Sasha Lalchandani in Luxpresso.
