Bangalore: In order to restore the sluggish real estate market, Navi Mumbai Builders Association is showing huge number of budget houses at its exhibition. The property exhibitors put up property prices ranging from Rs12 lakh to Rs25 lakh at the exhibition at Navi Mumbai.

MC Sunny, president of the Navi Mumbai Builders Association cited that “Buyers always complain that developers never construct budget houses. This time, in the exhibition, we have accommodated small-time developers who are in the budget-housing segment. Most of them construct houses in places like Ulve, Khopoli, Vasind, Titwala, and Taloja in the rs2000 to rs4000 per sq ft bracket,” reports DNA

The exhibition is displaying variety of houses to the visitors. And, on this note Sunny further added that “They do not need to visit various locations to finalize their choice of property. Many developers have not raised their prices since the last six months. The displayed property rates are quite reasonable,”

As per property exhibitors, properties of all kind are on display, including properties that cost up to rs16 crore. The majority of high-end and luxurious properties are sited on Belapur, Palm Beach road and NRI complex and more affordable houses are located at the periphery of Panvel and Thane area.

For instance, Akshar Developers and Regency Developers have presented 4 BHK to 6 BHK high-end properties with the area of 6000 square feet and 16000 square feet respectively and the price ranges from rs8 crore to rs16 crore which are located on Palm Beach road and at NRI complex.

Devang Trivedi, secretary of the Navi Mumbai Builders Association cited that “Earlier, people were reluctant to buy property in Navi Mumbai. But the finalization of the airport, improved infrastructure and a growing cosmopolitan culture are attracting people from South Mumbai and other parts of the city. NRIs are also making inquiries, and are interested in buying property here,” reports DNA.
