College of Dentistry:Founded in 1962, the University of Kentucky, College of Dentistry is recognized as one of the nation's outstanding dental institutions. Two Departments and twelve Divisions make up the College. In addition to the Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, the College offers postdoctoral programs in six fields of study: General Practice Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Orofacial Pain, Orthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, and Periodontics. Graduate students in Orofacial Pain, Orthodontics and Periodontics receive a Master of Science degree from the University of Kentucky Graduate School and a specialty certificate.

College of Nursing: Since 1960, the University of Kentucky College of Nursing has led the way in nursing education in the Commonwealth of University of Kentucky . The College strives to be one of the nation’s top nursing programs through excellence in nursing education,research, practice, and service in an ever-changing health care environment. The mission of the College of Nursing is to foster the health and well-being of the people of Kentucky, the region, and the world.

College of Medicine:One of six colleges comprising the University of Kentucky Medical Center (Dentistry, Health Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Public Health), the College of Medicine is located on University of Kentucky 's main campus in scenic Lexington, Ky. College of Pharmacy :The University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy was established Aug. 16, 1870, as the Louisville College of Pharmacy, an independent institution of higher education.

The college became a division of the University of Kentucky in 1947 and part of the newly developed University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in 1966.
