Schools and colleges:
Chicago college of osteopathic Medicine:Founded in 1900, CCOM is one of the most respected medical schools in the country. Its 6,000 alumni have served and continue to serve in hospitals, medical schools, private practices, and governmental facilities nationwide.
Chicago college of Pharmacy:Founded in 1991, CCP offers the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree. Its successful curriculum emphasizes pharmaceutical care and pharmacy communications.
College of health sciences:Founded in 1992, CHS offers degrees at both campuses, with programs in physician assistant studies, physical therapy, occupational therapy, biomedical sciences, bioethics, health professions education, cardiovascular science, podiatric medicine, nurse anesthesia, and clinical psychology.
College of dental medicine: lllinois:Founded in 1995, AZCOM has quickly established a national reputation for excellence. Its innovative curriculum emphasizes the early introduction of clinical experience and focuses on primary care.
college of pharmacy-Glendale: Founded in 1998, the College of Pharmacy–Glendale offers a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree. This innovative, three-year program features a modern curriculum and early introduction of clinical experiences.
Arizona college of optometry:Welcoming its first class of students in the Fall of 2009, the Arizona College of Optometry offers a four-year professional curriculum that prepares optometrists through face-to-face instruction, early clinical experiences, and clinical externships.
College of Dental Medicine:Arizona (CDMA)
Established in 2006, the College of Dental Medicine offers a curriculum that includes coursework in the basic sciences, the behavioral sciences, and the clinical sciences; preclinical simulation studies; practical clinical dentistry; and community clinical rotations.
College of Dental Medicine-Illinois (CDMI)
Established in 2009, the College of Dental Medicine offers integrated learning in the basic, behavioral and clinical sciences through preclinical simulation studies, patient care education in general dentistry, and community based clinical rotations. There is an emphasis on professionalism and eth ical practice, including evidence-based critical thinking and the importance of clinical research.
