Kirksville college of  osteopathic medicine:The namesake of A.T. Still University, Andrew Taylor Still, M.D., D.O., founded the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1892. KCOM was the first institution of osteopathic education in the world and continues to provide leadership for comprehensive medical education, research, and health care.

School of osteopathic medicine in Arizona: A.T.Still university-ASHS offers master of science degrees in occupational therapy, physician assistant studies, advanced physician assistant studies via distance education, and athletic training.

School of health and management:For many professionals, pursuing graduate education at a traditional university is difficult because of busy schedules at work and at home. The School of Health Management provides a balanced approach by allowing students to study at a time and place that is most convenient to them, using innovative, online methodologies.

Arizona school of dentistry and oral health:Located on A.T.Still university's Mesa Campus, the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health began addressing Arizona's oral healthcare needs in 2003 with its inaugural class of 54 students. ASDOH is an educational model that relies on an exceptional cadre of motivated, experienced learning guides or mentors who work on-on-one with students in both pre-clinical and clinical phases of the degree.
