The Chief Promoter Shri Chandrakant Gosalia is a qualified Civil engineer and an architect of repute. He has designed and executed many projects in Mumbai during the past 34 years under the name Gosalia & Associates with the joint effort of his well-qualified associate engineers and architects; and some of the structures have stood as landmarks in Mumbai.
Through his leadership, the parent company Vijay Corporation started its business in 1978 with its first apartment projects ‘Hill View’ and ‘Hill Abode’ at IC Colony in Borivali West. Thereafter through his group of company he has accomplished various projects.

Gemstar Constructions and Gemstar Enterprises, which are presently main operational firms, are the part of larger group engaged in the development activity under the leadership of Chief Promoter, Shri Chandrakant Gosalia, and his son Shri Ashish Gosalia qualified as M.E. (Const. management) who is actively engaged in all aspects of development through these firms. The firm is having a team of qualified civil engineers and architects.
