BIRTH OF ICIPL
ICIPL also was born out of the strong desire to alter the professional and value system of the real estate. After more than a decade of experience in the real estate business, the trio, Vijai Kumar, Sujatha and Satish Mehta decided that there was need for a much more professional approach to discipline the vast, scattered expanse of real-estate industry.

The company, having its registered office in Chennai hopes to become one of the poineers in ethical professionalism by looking into the interest of every stakeholder including his suppliers, contractors and the employees. The company seeks to initiate nation-wide growth by investing in different projects such as Residential, Premium Condominiums, Commercial Complexes, Integrated Modern Townships and Special Economic Zones.
