The Organisation
Abhinitha was born of a dream. The aspiring promoter already had ample and valuable experience, since he was leading a housing society for the officers of a Nationalised Bank. He gave up a senior position in the bank to create an organisation that characteristically blended business, integrity and perfection. VIKAS, a proprietorship firm, was born in 1999, and promoted a number of housing projects. True to its name, it soon bourgeoned and blossomed. With its resounding success and rapid growth, the need was felt for a Private Limited Company with impeccable systems and controls: Abhinitha Foundation Private Limited was registered under the Companies Act in the year 2004.
V.Doraiswamy, the Chief Promoter, was happy when the organisation he had so lovingly and sedulously sculpted, commenced activity on 27th October 2004.
The Team
Sri. V. Doraiswamy, the Chief Promoter and Managing Director, is a Post-graduate and erstwhile Senior Manager of a Nationalised Bank. Ignited and impelled by an irresistible dream, he resigned from this respectable position in 1999 and took up Real Estate Promotion (Apartments). During his tenure in the Bank, he conceived and created a Housing Society for the bank officers and completed housing projects on a massive scale. Though this was done purely as a welfare measure and for a social cause, an incidental offshoot of this service was that he gained enormous first-hand experience and expertise in the technical and financial aspects of construction activity. After retirement, since 1999 he has conceived and completed several projects in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Bangalore, the current focus being on CHENNAI and COIMBATORE. The table annexed is eloquent testimony to his versatility. Counting from the first endeavour, he has thus notched up two decades of precious experience in the field, with a total of 5,00,000 sq. ft. of construction.
Sri. D. Abhishek, Joint Managing Director, is a qualified architect who is associated full time with the company\'s construction activities. This in-house expertise provides an extra edge to the company and enables and ensures meticulous and overarching supervision and control for all the projects, in addition to the project-specific, on-the -spot supervision by competent and qualified engineers and architects.
Sri. R.D.Sekar, Vice President (Administration) at Coimbatore has several years of experience behind him, having successfully completed many projects in Coimbatore.
Sri. R.Dhamodaraswamy, Vice-President (Technical), is a qualified builder with an experience spanning twenty-five years, and covering all aspects of construction.
