Two decades ago, four diversely experienced professionals came together and realised that their individual and varied experience complemented each other. They therefore decided to start-up an entrepreneurial real estate development company (Valmark\'s Parent Company). In retrospect, years down the line their discerning decision to work together had produced significant results, by consistently producing growth and a demand for their product.

With prudence being of the key management strengths, our promoters always looked beyond mere customer satisfaction and balance sheets for they realized that profit was a natural by-product of excellence. Impressed by our capabilities, ten other leading property developers from the town have entered into joint ventures with us across a wide range of real estate development projects, thereby expanding our genres of development.

Having built up this heritage of an impressive track-record, we have also created and nurtured a corporate culture that has produced: satisfied customers, repeat orders, word of mouth recommendations and a dependable reputation in the real estate developments and financial markets.
