Jay Zaidi - Data Governance, Data Quality and MDM, Thought Leader and Practitioner

Jay is a hands-on, versatile and result-oriented leader with proven success in Enterprise Information Management and Business Intelligence solution development. He collaborates with business partners to solve multidimensional problems related to business operations, risk management and regulatory compliance. His experience includes conceptualizing and leading business transformation and change management programs in the Financial Services and Healthcare industries. Jay introduced the term "Holistic Data Quality (HDQ)" to the industry and developed the "HDQ Framework" to proactively monitor and re-mediate information quality issues across an organization's information supply chain, to facilitate stronger information governance and accountability. He has implemented enterprise solutions based on the HDQ Framework at leading Financial Services firms, to address compliance, risk, audit and operational challenges. He has led Data and Information Management projects in Europe, Asia and North America for over 15 years.

Ray Vazquez - CEO, Infinitive Insight and Former VP, Governance, Risk & Controls, Fannie Mae

Ray is a senior-level executive with extensive experience in financial reporting, information technology, information security, privacy and operational risk management across multiple industries including financial services, entertainment and media, higher education, retail and manufacturing. He has designed risk management frameworks that combine technology and processes to provide stakeholders a shared view of risk. Prior to joining Infinitive, Ray was the Vice President for Governance, Risk & Controls at Fannie Mae. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Ray was the Vice President - Finance Operations at AOL. Ray also spent over 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both its financial audit, internal audit, and systems assurance practices. Ray is a graduate of Florida International University with an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting Information System. Ray is a certified information systems auditor (CISA) and is also certified in risk and information systems controls (CRISC).

Vidya Phalke, PhD - Chief Technology Officer, MetricStream

As the CTO of MetricStream, Vidya Phalke is responsible for MetricStream's technical architecture and strategy. Prior to being promoted to the CTO position, Vidya served as Vice President of Product Management and Engineering at MetricStream where he was responsible for MetricStream's Software Products and Platform Delivery. Starting with MetricStream in 2003, Vidya has been instrumental in transforming the, then nascent, GRC Platform vision into an Industry-leading GRC Software Platform as recognized by MetricStream's World Class Enterprise customers as well as leading analysts. Vidya has held various senior product management and engineering positions in Narus and Network Programs - building enterprise grade business and operations support systems. Before joining the software industry, Vidya was an Academic at Rutgers University where he won two SBIR grants on cutting-edge research on Databases and Network Optimization. Besides a PhD in Computer Science from Rutgers University, Vidya holds a Management degree from MIT Sloan. He is a graduate of IIT, Delhi, India.
