Stanford Hospital and Clinics and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford University Medical Center (SUMC), the nation’s premier healthcare institution, has selected MetricStream’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solution for its Compliance and Privacy Management program. SUMC will use MetricStream’s solution to strengthen information security and compliance with regulations such as HIPAA by streamlining, centralizing, and automating the management of compliance issues and incidents. The solution will also support various types of audits, providing real-time visibility into audit processes, and ensuring proactive resolution of audit findings and issues. SUMC will turn to MetricStream’s Cloud-based offering to accelerate the application deployment.

To further strengthen its compliance and privacy program, SUMC decided to adopt a best-in-class solution.
