Employers can use the portal to receive firm offer acceptances following release of a mutually agreed job offer. Usage of this service helps the employer to increase the ratio of number of offers made to acceptances with fewer “No Shows”. BPO's have found the feature of flagging “Absconding” cases useful, where new employees disappear after a few days on the job.

Benefits to Job Seeker
For companies, who do not give a proper release letter, job seekers can use the portal to route their resignations etc. and thus be able to produce an experience certificate, provided they had accepted their employer's offer through the portal.

Intellectual Property:
The Intellectual Property rights are vested with the company as we are the only Nodal organization having rights to issue these digital certificates, authenticating contracts.
Business Model
The employer subscribes to the portal services and pays an annual license fee as well as a success fee based on the number of authentication certificates issued.
