Amit is a "big picture" person always ensuring TechJini retains its technical excellence. He is responsible for setting up processes and audits to ensure 100 percent success rate for all projects. He heads TechJini's innovation and customer support division. He is also responsible for preserving TechJini's culture, ensuring an excellent working environment, maintaining a politics-free meritocracy based system, inculcating afocus on cost through out the company and planning to handle the growth of the company. He is an avid motorcyclist.
