Revenue Model
Space-O offers different engagement models to its clients. Primarily Fixed Price or Talent on Hire basis. For fixed priced model, clients pay according to milestones and scope. For Talent on Hire basis, clients pay by fixed hourly rate and fixed number of hours per month with flexible scope.

For internal Products, Space-O generates revenue by Apps sales (pay-per-download), in-app purchases and advertisement revenues.

Differentiating Factors
• Space-O develops Apps on all leading mobile platforms including iOS, Android or HTML5. Space-O also can develop Apps on other platforms such as RIM BlackBerry and Windows Mobile but their prime focus remains iPhone, iPad and Android.
• Space-O can integrate existing backend systems by creating service layers on top of it or can build SOA based middle tiers to leverage different backend systems or heterogeneous databases.
• Space-O thinks global, acts local. Requirements gathering and initial brainstorming meetings can take place on-site or as per the need and development is carried out in either India or Russia development center. This assures quality at a reasonable cost.
