Prakaash Kr. Singh is the Managing Director of SDIL. The 41-year old civil engineer by Training and MBA is the driving force of the company. With his rare blend of technical and managerial skills, hands-on experience coupled with natural business acumen, he helped the company to achieve a remarkable growth in just six years that places the company among the industry
leaders. His mission and zeal for moving ahead with his team is taking SDIL to greater bench marks every year.

Milestones:

1.Between 2009-12, completed several prestigious small and midsize own projects and consolidated SDIL’s brand as contractor.
2.During 2010, they launched their 1st Mega Project ‘Sovereign Unnathi’ at Kalkere Main Road (Hormavu) which is nearly completed.
3.A mega project located off Tumkur Road (Bengaluru North-West) is a gated community with 1200 apartments (along with all amenities).
4.SDIL is also engaged in developing international standard hotels at Ooty and Bengaluru.

Vision:

SDIL envisions being one of the premium housing, infrastructure building and construction company through their committed, sincere, honest and transparent work. Till date, the company has built around 12 lakh square feet for other builders and 18 lakh square feet for their own projects and steadily is moving towards their goal of building 30 lakh square feet and proposes to build around 4500 2 BHK flats by 2014.
