Nabajyoti Das, Director: Nabajyoti is Post Graduate in Management and Specialized in Human Resource Management from IIM-Calcutta. He is certified in Psychometric Assessment and Six Sigma Quality Systems. After serving in senior positions in Corporate HR, he started consulting on people domain to manufacturing groups and subsequently founded SPC Management as a comprehensive HR services company. With about 20 years of professional experience, Nabajyoti has worked in consulting capacity with many organizations across industry verticals, Government, PSUs, United Nations Organizations, Domestic and International NGOs. He has active interest and contributes regularly on social issues, literature and has been part of few civil society organizations and literary groups working in Delhi and other States.
