Hemalatha has worked with reputed companies in Japan formore than 10 years. She has worked for companies such as Nikko Securities, IntageKK, Intuit (Yayoi KK), NEC and Interserve Corporation. She has also served as the Director of Mavego Software Solutions and has founded that company in Australia along with her partner in 2006. Hemalatha has worked in India, Japan, USAand Australia bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Hemalatha has a Degree in Engineering (Electronics) from P.E.S.I.T Bangalore University, JLPT Level 2 certification for Japanese Language Proficiency PRINCE2 Foundation Certification.
