A Chemical Engineer by education, Mr.W.S.Habib, Managing Director, RWD, pursued real

more than 250 dwelling units was completed and
handed over in 2010.
• ELYSIUM –2 acre property with 96 apartments
was completed and handed over in March 2013.

2012 from TN Governor Shri. Rosaiah.
• Received 5star CRISIL rating for ELYSIUM and
ATLANTIS projects in 2012 – 2013.
