RChilli is a resume parsing solution, which is changing the way our world reads Resumes or inserts into any database. Certified by HR XML world consortium to be compliant with v3.2 (lates version of HR XML); makes it the best contender with Enterprise applications like SAP, Baan, Peoplesoft, iRecruit, successfacto etc.


We can convert any resume to HR XML structure which follows the business flows as required. You can display it on the web store to Database, use email, run business logic and do anything you want to.
With recent addition of Social Recruit fields we are happy to announce ourselves as a leader in Resume Parsing Domain. With RChilli, you can save resume reading time, carry out Resume Insertion to your database, or enable resume capturing in real time. We have seen RChilli users save up to 85 percent of their recruitment time along with lots of direct / indirect benefits. We pivoted product only on this in year 2010, and have seen a tremendous success with in last 2 years. We have built partnerships and distributed it as OEM or via Partner Network.

Vinay conceptualized this idea in year 2007 and while doing market survey found out that solutions available in market are good but very expensive. Very fewcompanies are using it and that blocks the growth and competitiveness of any solution. We hired analyst and mathematicians to find out a solution, which is light, easy and cost effective. With time investment we found, a solution and were able to launch in market in year 2009. This is with foot print of only 5 mb where as competitor foot print was 600 mb solution.We take less than 1 second per resume in comparison to others who takes more than 3 seconds and keeping same quality. And we achieve the success of 550+ customers in less than 3 years and still growing.

a)Applicant Tracking software: Where we play an important role in resume parsing for automated resume insertion into database via web, email, or manual upload. Few major partners are: Zoho Recruit,Vanaworkforce, JobSavvi.

b) Job Boards / Job Sites: We help them to get maximum candidates, and with well defined values up to 74+ fields. This helps employers to search and manage their database. Few such users are: Hirenet, Redmatch, Toosteps.
c) Enterprises: Larger Enterprises who have IT Initiative for recruitment and are looking for cutting down recruitment cost, we play a vital role for them. Few examples, Wipro, Samsung, Hexaware, Kirloskar, Snapdeal..

d) SAP or Peoplesoft: This is most interesting, as both ERP do not come with Resume Parsing. And RChilli is HR XML compliant, and is a perfect fit for these ERPs. We have implemented 8 installations so far via Partner Networks

e) Small Recruiters: Our new lite version fulfills the need of small recruiters which automates resume collection, sorting and insertions.

Speed, we take 0.54 seconds per resume where as competitor takes 3-6 seconds. And our application foot print is just 5 mb where as competitor is 600 mb.

Since 2010 launch of beta product. In Dec 2010 we launched production release. We have 550+ customers so far.
