Current Market Landscape
The outsourced legal services marketplace has matured significantly. A short time ago many doubted its staying power. Now, the prospect of significant and rapid growth is almost axiomatic – particularly with the growth of the “legal operations” discipline in corporates. The market is growing. This is particularly true of India. While other off-shore locations are emerging, they typically lack the sheer scale of talented and well-educated men and women that India’s university system produces every year.

Global Strategy
They continue to solidify their leadership in the LPO space. Their industry leading capability in terms of the depth of services, their positioning at the higher end of the value chain in legal process services, their consistently high quality of deliverables are undisputed, and highly regarded. Whereas 5 or 10 years ago, the value proposition was less certain in the eyes of legal practitioners, they now actively seek the qualities that have been our hallmark since inception.
They have, and continue to, expand rather significantly. They have opened a new delivery centers, one in New York, and a second India location (Bangalore) is slated to be operational by late 2016. They have also opened a new office in San Francisco this year and expanded our presence in Chicago and the UK.
They have also expanded their service lines to address emerging challenges faced by corporate legal departments. In this regard, they are significantly increasing their operational capabilities and capacity in the area of legal spend management.
They continue to add both operational personnel as well as subject matter experts in various fields to ensure measured and deliberate growth that not only retains but continues to improve their delivery capabilities at the highest standards.
