About us
Poshmark is a mobile fashion marketplace which dramatically simplifies buying, selling, and shopping for fashion. Core to the Poshmark experience are themed, real-time shopping events called Posh Parties where people gather to shop, share, and sell fashion, right from their phones. Poshmark officially launched the company and it’s first product, an iPhone app, in December 2011 with a tremendous amount of support from the local fashion community in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as from women across the country.

Manish has spent the last 20 years in Silicon Valley starting and growing numerous companies in the internet and technology space. Prior to Poshmark, he was the founder & CEO of  Kaboodle, one of the first social shopping sites, which was acquired by Hearst Corporation in 2007. The goal at Kaboodle was to help people discover, recommend and share products with one another. Poshmark was founded with the vision to take this one step further by utilizing technology to transform commerce, specifically, mobile commerce.

Manish received a BTech from IIT K, MS from UT Austin, and an MBA from Haas School of Business.
CLIENTELE:
Poshmark’s customers are women across the country from San Francisco to Chattanooga to New York City. Any woman with an iPhone and a closet can participate in the Poshmark community.
