About us
When it comes to IT infrastructure management, enterprise and SME IT teams today are under tremendous pressure to increase efficiencies and reduce service delivery costs. Furthermore, as they modernize their IT environments to support the build-out of private and public clouds, they face the challenge of keeping existing infrastructures up and running. Remote IT Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) from NetEnrich can help solve these challenges. NetEnrich provides an innovative and proprietary SaaS technology platform that automates ITIL-based processes, radically simplifies the management of IT infrastructure, and standardizes the delivery of SLA-based remote IMS services. Leveraging its technology, Remote Operations Centers (ROCs) and highly-skilled engineers, NetEnrich and its channel partners are able to deliver shared services to clients to streamline internal IT operations.
