Founder & CEO
Shailesh is the founder director of Intellection Software and Technologies Private Limited, a company that he founded in 2005. He has done Doctorate from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Manufacturing (CAM) domain.
Shailesh began his career as a trainee engineer with Bajaj Auto Limited. He was a research engineer at the department of mechanical engineering of IIT Bombay. He designed and implemented algorithms for automatic generation of CNC part programs from featurebased models of axi-symmetric turned components. His research work has addressed an important CAD problem pertaining to injection moulds for plastic components.
His broad role involves global sales, marketing and business development; providing strategic direction and management to the company.
Shailesh also has a passion for academics and was a member of board of studies of University of Pune, member of RR committee of University of Pune and is a fellow of Institute of Engineers, India.
