Key Person:

K.V. Harsha Babu is the company’s Principal Architect, Having completed his M.Arch from IIT Kharagpur in 1974, and having responsibilities of a senior Architect in 1977-79 in the Dept. of Space, Govt. of India. He has been practicing as a registered architect from the Council of Architecture and an Associate Member from Indian Institute of Architecture and Indian Institute of Interior Designers. His core competencies are Architecture, Urban design, Sustainable designs and project
management.

Milestone:

1.“Eagleton – the golf village”, Bidadi which is 500 acre golf gated community
2.Eagleburg, golf gated community at Mysore
3.They have worked with reputed builder such as Purvankara, Mantri, BCIL, Goel Ganga, Suraj Ganga, GR
4.Institutional Projects such as AIMS, Polytechnic for physically handicapped – World Bank aided, JSS Medical College, Edify School, National Educational Schools, and Chinmaya Vidyalaya gave them that functionality design edge
5.Hospitality Projects such as Lemon Tree (previously called Orchid - Ecotel Hotels) and multispeciality hospital projects such as Vasavi Hospital, AIMS, KIMS gave them the spice
6.Their projects not only include generic track records of the above and few commercial/retail designs, but also work such as Art & Science museum at Tirupati
7.Apart for private clients, Harsha Design Associates has had the Privileged Exposure to World Bank aided projects, State Government/Central Government projects.
