Mr. Saurabh V. Gadgil, Chairman & Managing Director of DGDL is the brain behind the

company. Descending from the distinguished Gadgil family; pioneers in the gold and jewelry

industry of Maharashtra, Mr. Saurabh Gadgil transformed P. N Gadgil & Co. to a professionally

run corporate entity and more contemporary acronym ‘PNG’. Today, PNG boasts of 7

swanky branches in Pune, along with a nationwide foray, starting with a branch in Aurangabad,

Thane and Vile Parle, Mumbai and one in Nagpur besides a plush branch at Sunnyvale,

California. He has also been an active member of a host of bodies, and has in his array

of many awards conferred over him. Some of these are:

• ‘IT award 2010’ in the Multimedia, Entertainment & Gaming category, by Maharashtra Government,

through the hands of the Chief Minister of Maharashtra.

• ‘Sarathi IT Award’ for Development of Business through implementation of IT by Sarathi

Foundation.

(DGDL) was founded in 2009 and

launched its fi rst project “Anantshilp”

at Bavdhan, comprising of 144 fl ats

which were sold out in just four

hours of its launch. The success

in their next project “AnantVaibhav”

encouraged them to take a bold

decision of launching an integrated

township named “AnantSrishti“. In a very short

span of time DGDL has completed construction

work on 2.25 lakh square feet and work on almost

14 lakh square feet is in process.

Milestones:

• Launched its fi rst project AnantShilp in 2010 and

completed in 2012.

• Launched second project AnantVaibhav in 2011

and completed it in 2013.

• Launched third project of an integrated township

AnantSrishti in 2011 and has already handed

over Phase – I of plots and apartments in 2013.

The entire township project is expected to be

completed by 2016.

• Soon to launch two new residential projects on

Pashan-Sus road and Nav Sahyadri, Pune.
