Mr. Sujay Bhansali, Managing Director, is the brain behind the company. Armed with a bachelor’s

degree in civil engineering from Pune University along with over a decade's experience in real

estate development, Mr. Sujay Bhansali has been looking after the day-to-day functioning of the

technical departments of the company. He also focuses on the long-term investments of the company,

concentrating on a portfolio of asset creation. Having taken upon the mantle of furthering the Group's

business to new horizons, he is shaping new strategies for extending their brand name to varied areas

and geographies. He believes in team work and likes to work with the best minds in the business.
