He is a spearhead of Aswani Properties. He entered into real estate business in 2006 with one point
of view which was “Home for all”. His “Out of box” Plans, passion and never ending hunger for excellence
have always delivered.
Vinayak Tamse (Executive Director)
Executive Director at Aswani properties and a core team member of principal advisors on projects.
He derived his industry roots in Civil Engineering with extensive knowledge of application software
for architects. Within Aswani Properties, he leads Architecture and Construction management Team.
Karan Kher .S (Executive Director)
He is the Executive Director and member of Core Team of Principal advisors. He Plays a key role in
building strong relations with external and internal customers and oversees the critical task of building
a suitable image and reputation for the company.

Timeline:
Since inception we have successfully launched 3 projects
and handed over 1 project Aswani Springdale (Luxury Villa)
,we have completed 90% construction at Aswani Sitara
(affordable Housing) due for possession in the month
of Sept 2013. Successfully Launched Aswani Aaeesha
(Affordable Housing) in the month of Feb 2013.
As per the business plan we will be launching another 2
project by end of 2013.
