Bijal Mehta, Arctern’s CEO and Managing Director, is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in setting up and managing successful enterprises both in the U.S. and India.
 In 1994, he co-founded iCode, Inc., a software product company whose award winning Everest suite of products has been successfully implemented in thousands of small and medium enterprises worldwide. Prior to iCode, he co-founded Accel, Inc., a Washington DC based firm specializing in retailing personal computers. In a span of just three years, the company grew revenues to $33 million.
 In early 2000, he shifted focus to the services industry, establishing Arctern in 2004 where he oversees the company's overall strategic direction, planning and execution.
 Mr. Mehta earned two Bachelor’s degrees - in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering - from Virginia Tech, USA. He is a Charter member of TiE/ICEO council, a MindShare CEOs alumnus, a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), YPO and SIIA, and a 2003 E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year nominee.
